Mtv internet dating

MTV’s “Catfish: The TV Show” — the spinoff of the 2010 documentary “Catfish,” about Nev Schulman’s journey to find his online love — follows Schulman and documentary filmmaker Max Joseph as they help people discover if the virtual matches the reality.

As “Catfish: The TV Show” returns from its winter hiatus, Joseph chats about entering the world of online love, red flags and getting “catfish”-ed.

I want to leave him but at the same time I don't want to.

While it's become easy to feel desensitised to many of the featured victims' stories, one of the series' most alarming cases has presented itself in the form of Spencer Morrill, a man who believes he's been in a six-year relationship with singer Katy Perry.

Morrill went on to explain how, despite Perry's past marriage to Russell Brand and her current relationship with Orlando Bloom, he made an engagement ring for the singer that cost him "25 percent of his savings." "I just got to a point to where I couldn’t imagine like not talking to you," she explained.

However, Lindy begins to suspect that one of her mysterious suitors may be a deadly cyber stalker right at the time her friends at the elusive cyber police uncover a potential serial killer in Manhattan.

Stine novel of the same name, the series centers on Lindy (Justice), a tech genius who is convinced to start online dating by her roommate.
