Instead, she is staying out of the tabloid drama whenever her ex-husband is mentioned.

In December Gosselin was spotted filming a new reality show for TLC, the network that produced "Jon & Kate Plus 8." She was seen serving up pancakes and grits to customers at a North Carolina diner as the cameras rolled.
